Tim Allen Remembers Ray Liotta as a ‘Great Dad’ with a ‘Big Heart’

Tim Allen who starred in, “Wild Hogs” (2007) as well as “Crazy on the Outside” (2010) with Ray Liotta, paid tribute to him on Twitter this morning.

“Rest In Peace Ray. Wonderful movie memories watching his talent and working with him. Great dad. Big heart.”

Yesterday it was announced that Liotta had passed away at the age of 67 in his sleep. He was in the Dominican Republic in the Dominican Republic at the time of his death filming a movie called “Dangerous Waters”.

Currently, the cause of his death is unknown, however, foul play is not suspected. His fiance, Jacy Nittolo was with him while he was filming in the Dominican Republic. He also leaves behind his daughter from a previous marriage with Michelle Grace, Karsen Liotta.

Liotta is best known for his playing Henry Hill in “Goodfellas”, he got his start on the soap opera “Another World”. He was also well known for his role in “Field of Dreams” He played baseball legend Shoeless Joe Jackson.

Liotta was adopted by Alfred and Mary Liotta of Newark New Jersey when he was only 6 months old. The couple also adopted his biological sister Linda as well. Alfred was the son of Italian immigrants and an owner of an auto parts store.

Ray had starred in many films as well as TV series over his career. Liotta was a great actor who could play many different roles well.
