Tucker Carlson Makes Move, Announces Relaunch of His Show on Twitter: ‘See You Soon’

In a video message today, Tucker Carlson announced plans to relaunch his show on Twitter telling his audience, “See you soon.”

The move from Carlson comes after it was reported on Sunday that he had a “conservation” with Twitter owner Elon Musk about working together.

Carlson declared in the video “You are being manipulated” and added that he believes Twitter “is not a partisan site.”

On April 26, Carlson released a video in primetime on the site that currently has over 24 million views, quickly outpaced his typical viewership on Fox News.

CNBC reported that a Fox representative didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment, while a Twitter spokesperson responded with a poop emoji when asked for comment.

Musk previously announced in March that the standard response to all media inquiries would be a single poop emoji.

While Musk had appeared to previously throw cold water on the suggestion that Carlson would move his show to the social media network, he said that he simply wanted to “enable content creators to prosper on this platform without applying censorship that goes beyond the law.”

In the tweet sharing the video announcement, Carlson simply said, “We’re back.”
