On his Fox News show last night, Tucker Carlson scolded the news media for not covering Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential run.
Carlson explained in the segment, “You wouldn’t know if from watching the news media but Donald Trump is running for president again, if they don’t put him in prison first, which is, of course, their plan.”
“He’s saying things that are really interesting, not rehashes at all. In fact, he’s come out with a bunch of proposals that are so interesting, we thought we’d bring them to you,” Carlson declared before handing off the segment to his colleague Kevin Corke.
Corke reported on different proposals that Trump has offered in his bid for his “second bite at the presidential apple.”
Carlson summed up his thoughts after Corke’s presentation, “More babies, prettier buildings, cleaner parks. Those are achievable goals, ones that would improve everyone’s life.”
The Trump War Room shared a clip of the segment on Twitter and Trump also shared a clip on his Truth Social page as well.
Leftists have attempted to seize on text messages that were revealed in a lawsuit against Fox News where Carlson said that he hated Trump prior to Jan. 6, so it would seem that perhaps Carlson is attempting to dispel that notion.
Trump appears willing to bury the hatchet as well and certainly the reporting by Carlson recently about what happened on Jan. 6 has been very timely.
"More babies, prettier buildings, cleaner parks. Those are achievable goals, ones that would improve everyone's life."
