Tucker Carlson had the weekend to take in everything that happened following the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and he summed far left threats of violence last night on his Fox News show by saying, “Do what we want or we will hurt you.”
He provided multiple tweets and video evidence to back up his assertions including one that we reported on by Reza Aslan.
“Prominent progressives immediately descended into hysteria and rage, unbridled rage,” he said. “They told us that Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death was more than sad, they said it was a national crisis that imperiled this country’s freedoms. Ruth Bader Ginsburg they told us single handily prevented us from descending into fascism and tyranny,” he continued.
Carlson then pointed out that that many Democrats were appealing to the populace by using her “dying words” to make decisions on her replacement.
“Nothing is more important than the constitution,” Carlson said about that. He also said that he doesn’t believe she said that and he would be embarrassed if a conservative judge was thinking about “partisan concerns” on their deathbed.
Carlson showed a clip of AOC at a press conference with Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer where she said that “to Mitch McConnell, we need to tell him that he is playing with fire.” He called that a threat.
AOC also said on Instagram, “Let this moment radicalize you.” Carlson lamented that her role now is now the “commander of the youth wing of the Democratic party.”
He ended the monologue by saying tongue-in-cheek, “Keep in mind you’re the extremist.” He added that “Democrats are so worried about your attempts to undermine our institutions that they, in the end, may have to burn those institutions down. Sorry, your extremism did it.”
