An LMPD source told a Vice News reporter has reported that two LMPD officers have been shot in Louisville, Kentucky and taken to the hospital. The shooting happened around 8:30pm and that source also said that suspects have been detained.

A Pro-Trump twitter user shared a video around that same time that showed shots being fired in downtown Louisville and you could hear the person taking the video urging people to disperse before the police initially moved in and then he was heard saying, “they shot real guns at the police” while running away from the scene.

Another tweet showed what appeared to be video shot from behind the officer line and you could hear what looked to be the officer taking the video say, “officer down.”
