In the wake of the Dylan Mulvaney controversy, Bud Light Marketing Vice President Alissa Heinerscheid has taken a leave of absence from the company and been replaced by Todd Allen, who was most recently global marketing VP for Budweiser.
The move comes after Heinerscheid was exposed for using woke language to describe her vision for the brand in a March interview.
As we previously reported, pictures were revealed showing Heinerscheid taking part in the “fratty” culture that she had also slammed in that interview.
Kari Lake reacted to the news in a quote tweet of Benny Johnson, who had shared the article on the move by Anheuser-Busch.
“When Conservatives fight the culture war we win. They call us the ‘silent majority’ for a reason. But we can no longer afford to be silent. There’s too much at stake,” Lake insisted.

According to CNN, a company spokesperson confirmed that several Anheuser-Busch facilities received threats last week.
While the spokesperson did not share specific locations that had been threatened, CNN reported that the Los Angeles police department told them that it responded to a bomb threat and conducted a sweep of an Anheuser-Busch brewery in the Van Nuys, California neighborhood last week.
In a statement to CNN, the company said, “The safety of our employees is always our top priority. We worked quickly with local law enforcement to ensure the security of our people and our facilities.”
Several country music stars have recently expressed their disapproval of the marketing campaign by announcing boycotts or, in Brantley Gilbert’s case, smashing a can on stage.
