Loudon County rapist was sentenced today to complete a locked residential mental health program. He will be on probation until he is 18 and also must register as a sex offender for life. The 15-year-old boy was not sentenced to any jail time.
The boy was earlier found guilty on two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio.
The boy assaulted one girl in the girl’s bathroom at a Loudon County Highschool. He was transferred to another school after the assault where he assaulted another girl. It has come out that he has also allegedly attacked a third girl as well.
“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me. It scared me for you, it scared me for society.” was one of the comments made by the Judge.
Luke Rosiak shared on Twitter, “A judge sentenced the Loudoun rapist to a lifetime on the sexual offense registry this afternoon, saying his psycho-sexual evaluation was one of the most disturbing she’s ever seen, and as it emerged that he also allegedly attacked a third girl.”

Loudon County Public Schools tried to hide the incident and even called the assault a “red herring”. According to Luke Rosiak, “As Loudoun schools sought to pass a controversial transgender policy in June, it concealed that a 9th-grade girl was allegedly raped by a “gender fluid” student in a school bathroom just 3 weeks prior, The Daily Wire has learned.
In June, LCPS lectured the public for worrying about a “red herring,” saying the district had 0 bathroom assaults on record. It quietly transferred the boy charged in the May 28 assault to a new school.
October 6, he was arrested for a new sex assault inside a classroom there.”

October 6, he was arrested for a new sex assault inside a classroom there.
The Father of one of the victims was arrested at a school board meeting when he brought up the assault and asked why nothing was done.
These incidents spotlighted why parents need to be involved in their student’s education, as Loudon county public schools seemingly put their agenda ahead of the safety of students.
The Governor’s race spoke to how parents feel with Glenn Youngkin standing up for parent involvement in schools while Terry McAullife went full progressive supporting less or no parental involvement.
Most parents won’t turn their children over to the state and want to know what is going on at the school.
While many would like to have seen more punishment doled out to the rapist this seems to be where we are at as a society.
