Disney responded to Christopher Rufo’s expose’ on their “antiracism” literature and programs, claiming the journalist “deliberately distorted” internal documents reflective of the company policy. The statement goes on to claim the company’s long history of “inclusivity” citing recent films including Black Panther and Moana.
Rufo quickly responded to Disney’s apparently weak attempt to explain away what many may see as their anti-White polices.
“Disney has released a statement claiming that my reporting “distorted” their antiracism program. This is false. I published direct quotations, contextual screenshots, and the original source documents in their entirety. Disney is distorting the truth—and I won’t stand for it.” Rufo then lists Disney’s blatant human rights violations, “-Used slave and child labor in poor countries -Filmed ‘Mulan’ near Uighur concentration camps -Censored content for the CCP -Shrinked a black actor in Chinese promotional materials”
He then challenges the four men of Disney’s executive leadership to “walk the walk: they should complete the “white privilege” checklist they provided to employees and share the results publicly.” Rufo highlights that if they fail to take on his challenge, “they’re fake antiracists, using buzzwords to deflect attention from their moral transgressions.”

It would be something worth seeing if the executive leadership at Disney actually enforces this upon themselves. That is something that remains to be seen at this point. However companies that take on a ‘woke’ agenda, enforcing it on employees, seems to die out after a while.
We previously reported on Rufo’s expose’:
Now, writer and filmmaker Christopher Rufo has apparently exposed the dark underbelly of what is sadly taking place at the Walt Disney Corporation. Yes, this isn’t the Disney of yesteryear anymore, sadly. There’s not a whole lot more to add to Rufo’s extensive report except that we hope there is a large pushback and public outcry as the word gets out about these atrocities.
Rufo reports:
“SCOOP: The Walt Disney Corporation claims that America was founded on “systemic racism,” encourages employees to complete a “white privilege checklist,” and separates minorities into racially-segregated “affinity groups.” I’ve obtained internal documents that will shock you.
According to a trove of whistleblower materials, Disney has launched a “diversity and inclusion” program, called “Reimagine Tomorrow,” which includes trainings on “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility,” “white saviors,” “microaggressions,” and “antiracism.”

“Disney claims that America has a “long history of systemic racism and transphobia” and tells employees they must “take ownership of educating yourself about structural anti-Black racism” and “not rely on your Black colleagues to educate you,” which is “emotionally taxing.”
White employees are told to “work through feelings of guilt, shame, and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed.” They must “listen with empathy [to] Black colleagues” and “not question or debate Black colleagues’ lived experience.”

The literature Rufo obtained goes on from there with even more disturbing messages to employees. Taking messages we have grown up with and telling people they are in the “wrong think” category if they don’t change and have some sort of white guilt. We will see what comes from Disney’s “woke” work policies and if they walk the back, admit to them or just plow them on.
