Pennsylvania Responds to Texas SCOTUS Suit: ‘Supreme Court Should Not Abide this Seditious Abuse of the Judicial Process’

Pennsylvania has responded to the Texas SCOUTUS lawsuit, as posted by Disclose.tv: “JUST IN – #Pennsylvania has filed its reply to the #Texas lawsuit: “The Supreme Court should not abide this seditious abuse of the judicial process, and should send a clear and unmistakable signal that such abuse must never be replicated.”

Pennsylvania writes that Texas is asking the Supreme Court to consider baseless claims. That is a very interesting choice of words considering that if they were entirely baseless, then Pennsylvania Democrats should have nothing to worry about, to begin with.

Based on the fury you can sense in their response though, it appears as though they are indeed at least slightly concerned. There was similar anger and concern in the previous Pennsylvania suit that has not proceeded the way Rudy Giuliani and the Trump campaign wanted.

This Texas case though seems to be the ‘big one’ as the Trump campaign itself has filed to intervene as we previously reported here.

There are three other states being sued by Texas as well, and it is reported that over 20 states have filed with the court to support the suit, as reported by National File earlier today. They reported in part:

Since Texas filed the suit, over 20 states have joined or expressed an interest in joining. As it now stands, the following states are seeking a Supreme Court remedy to the November 3 election: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida.
