It has been reported today that according to an ICE source, Paul Pelosi attacker David DePape is illegally in the country after overstaying his visa.
Fox News’ Bill Melugin broke the news in a tweet where he reported, “NEW: Per ICE source, David DePape, the suspect accused of beating Paul Pelosi in his home with a hammer after breaking in, is currently in the U.S. illegally as a ‘longtime’ visa overstay.”

Democrats and their allies in the media have been trying their best at attempting to tie the situation in with Jan. 6.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart yesterday that the “most haunting” aspect of the attack is its similarities to Jan. 6.
“It is horrific, and just very sad what we’re seeing and it goes to what we’re seeing currently. We have to condemn political violence,” Jean-Pierre declared.
Jean-Pierre opined, “It is something that should not be controversial. It is something that should not be partisan.”
“It is something that all of us need to say that, and it should be done in one voice. But sadly, it has become political, and we need to end this,” Jean-Pierre claimed.
Former 2016 Democratic Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton also has tried to pin the blame on Republicans for the attack, despite police not being totally committed to the motivation.
“The Republican Party and its mouthpieces now regularly spread hate and deranged conspiracy theories,” Clinton exclaimed in a previous tweet.
Clinton added “It is shocking, but not surprising, that violence is the result. As citizens, we must hold them accountable for their words and the actions that follow.”
