Antsy Biden Attempts to Ditch Press Conference Before Finally Answering a Question From Peter Doocy

An apparently antsy Joe Biden attempted to ditch his press conference before finally answering a question from Fox News’ Peter Doocy.

“How many more hours am I doing this? I’m happy to stick around,” Biden can be seen saying as Doocy is standing tries to get an opportunity to ask him something.

Biden finally tells Doocy sarcastically, “You always ask me the nicest questions… None of them make a lot of sense to me but I… try away.”

“It’s a new year,” Doocy retorted before asking, “Why are you trying, in your first year, to pull the country so far to the left?”

Biden denied the accusation and replied, “Well, I’m not,” before acknowledging that he didn’t really know what that meant.

“I don’t know what you consider to be too far to the left, if in fact, you are talking about making sure we had the money for COVID, making sure we had the money to put together the bipartisan infrastructure, making sure we’re able to provide for those things that will significantly reduce the burden on working-class people, but make them continue to have to work hard, I don’t know how that is pulling to the left,” Biden claimed.

Biden then suggested, “If you may recall, you guys have been trying to convince me that I am… Bernie Sanders, I’m not, I like him, but I’m not Bernie Sanders, I’m not a socialist. I’m a mainstream Democrat and I have been.”

“48 of the 50 Democrats supported me in the senate on virtually everything I’ve asked,” Biden concluded.

Peter Doocy is now trending on Twitter and The Hill‘s Joe Concha reported, “Also not news, but it appears Fox’s Peter Doocy is not on the pre-approved list of reporters provided to the president.”

ACT for America’s Brigitte Gabriel noted, “President Trump never dodged Jim Acosta. Why does Joe Biden dodge James Rosen and Peter Doocy?”
