Bernard Kerik Calls Out Brad Raffensperger for 60 Minutes Interview Defending 2020 Election Now that Double Count Ballots Found in Fulton County

On Friday, we reported that Georgia’s Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger recently demanded that two high-profile election officials in Fulton County, Georgia, be fired after a report showed that around 200 ballots were scanned twice during the contentious 2020 election.

Raffensperger has attempted to spin the situation into making it seem like he has been on top of it from the beginning in a series of tweets.

In one of the tweets, Raffensperger claimed, “Fulton County has failed its voters for far too long. That’s why I took action last year to try and fix the issues in their elections management. Clearly, more work and more dramatic steps need to be taken.”

Former NYPD Commissioner Bernard Kerik scoffed at the idea that Raffensperger had been on top of the situation and called him a “liar” in a quote tweet of that tweet.

Kerik exclaimed, “You’re a liar! You told 60 minutes you had a perfect election. You sent a letter to Congress bashing President Trump for the allegations that there were problems with your election.”

“You knew on November 7 there was misconduct, and corruption in Fulton County,” Kerik added.

In a clip of the 60 Minutes interview, Raffensperger can be seen having said, “we have safe, secure, honest elections and the results are disappointing if you are Republican, but those are the results.”

On Friday, Raffensperger also tweeted out an article from the Associated Press on Friday that featured a so-called election observer who said that the election processes in Fulton County was badly managed, sloppy and chaotic, but there was no evidence of fraud.

Raffensperger asserted again, “The decades-long elections problems in Fulton would have been much worse if not for my efforts.”

“The monitor I assigned to Fulton in November found significant management issues, which I have talked about since long before November, but no fraud,” Raffensperger insisted.
