After his five hours of questioning today in front of the House Judiciary Committee, Former Trump campaign manager and potential U.S. Senate candidate Corey Lewandowski (R) went on Martha McCallum Show ‘The Story’. During this interview Martha informed Lewandowski that Representative Jackie Speier (D) was on CNN, where the representative from California stated “If I were Mr. Nadler right now, I would be slapping Mr. Lewandowski with a contempt order and calling him in front of the house of representatives and fining him” Corey’s Response “Hey why don’t you go bring Jim Comey back we know has purged himself in congress.” See his full response in the video below from Fox News.

Later Representative Jackie Speier later tweeted: “Lewandowski’s obstruction of the Judiciary Committee investigation by invoking a privilege he doesn’t have and one the President doesn’t have in relation to someone not employed by the WH is grounds to hold Lewandowski in inherent contempt and slap a hefty fine on him.”
