Black conservative commentators Diamond and Silk, who have made themselves known for their love for the former president, have sadly announced their mother passed away.
“On this morning, we lost the best mother ever. She was our best friend and we love her so much. She was the matriarch of our family and this morning we lost our queen but heaven gained a beautiful Angel. She will truly be missed. Please keep the Hardaway family lifted up in prayer.”
The two sisters used to be Democrats until 2015 when they switched to Republicans and Donald Trump ran for president. They now have a show on Newsmax in which they advocate for conservative policies.
Betty Willis Hardaway was their mother who passed away and was also a pastor with her husband Freeman Hardaway. Betty leaves behind five children, her husband, and many other family and friends who mourn her loss.
Diamond and Silk made their first post on Twitter since the announcement of their mother’s death. She posted a video from when they visited the White House and they and other African American attendants circled around then-President Donald Trump in prayer.
“All the forces of darkness cannot stop what God has ordained. (Isaiah 14:27) The devil meant it for evil but God turned it around for our good.”
