AZ Governor’s Chief of Staff Calls Andy Biggs ‘Nuts’ for Questioning if Doug Ducey Will Coerce Vaccinations

White House Chief of Staff Dan Scavino took to Twitter to call out Doug Ducey’s Chief of Staff for taking a slight at US House Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ). “WOW! Governor @DougDucey’s Chief of Staff is an embarrassment to the incredible people of Arizona, and the @GOP. @RepAndyBiggsAZ is an American Patriot, and an incredible representative here in Washington, DC—for all Arizonians! @AZGOP @kelliwardaz

In a tweet video further down in the article Governor Ducey of Arizona was asked if he would be mandating the COVID-19 vaccine in ‘any capacity’, the reporter highlighted different theories that have been floated around before directing the question to the Governor.

Ducey answered the reporter but did not acknowledge the direct question. Ducey stated they are communicating the ‘facts’. He goes on to say, “much like masks, we wanna see the maximum level of compliance”. He then curved to talking about Dr. Faucci saying ‘skepticism around the vaccines has come down quite a bit’ and accredits this to ‘messaging’. The Governor continues, “We are going to begin with people that are going to be standing in line rolling their sleeves up saying ‘I will take this vaccination'”.

Biggs didn’t let the non-answer of the question go, he tweeted “Gov @dougducey’s answer failed to clarify his position on mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations. He was asked a direct question. He didn’t answer the question directly, but indicated a gov’t narrative is vital to make people believe the vaccine is the only way to resume normal life. Like all freedom-loving Arizonans, I am left wondering if the Governor intends to coerce vaccinations, and whether the State Legislature will let him.”

This clearly struck a nerve with Ducey’s Chief of staff he replied to Biggs with, “We always knew you were nuts, but you’ve now officially confirmed it for the whole world to see. Congratulations. Enjoy your time as a permanent resident of Crazytown.”

Ducey has received much criticism on Twitter of late after certifying Arizona’s Election results.

According to NBC News the coronavirus vaccine could be available by the end of December. It is unclear how the rollout of the vaccine will go. Many people choose not to vaccinate called anti-vaxxers and do not want to be mandated to take a vaccine. With another round of shut downs happening in diffrent places across the country many are ready for this to come to end.
