Fellow Leftist Amy Schumer Throws Alec Baldwin Under the Bus with ‘Joke’ About ‘Rust’ Tragedy

Leftist activist and comedian Amy Schumer threw Alec Baldwin under the bus after she made a joke about him Saturday night in Las Vegas.

Schumer said, “I want to preface these Oscar jokes by saying that my lawyer said not to say these. Don’t tell anybody, and don’t get mad at me.” If what Schumer said is true, her lawyer may have feared Baldwin would have sued her for the joke.

She continued and explained the joke, “’Don’t Look Up’ is the name of a movie? More like don’t look down the barrel of Alec Baldwin’s shotgun. I wasn’t allowed to say any of that, but you can just come up and [clock] someone.”

While there are many jokes made at the Oscars, including one that lead to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock, no one went after Baldwin even though there was much to say. Some found it hypocritical, and Schumer might as well, that you couldn’t joke about Baldwin but you could slap Chris Rock.

However, Schumer seemed to have a more leftist view of the slap, “All I can say is that it was really sad, and I think it says so much about toxic masculinity.” Whether toxic masculinity is even real is a hot-button issue however, it appears Schumer doesn’t want to hold anything back in attacking Alec Baldwin for his fatal shooting.
