Florida City Proclaims First Week of February ‘Donald J. Trump Week’

Pro-Trump Florida State Rep. Anthony Sabatini, who has sought to to rename U.S. Highway 27 in the state as the “President Donald J. Trump Highway” scored a victory in a Florida city yesterday as they voted to declare the first week of February “Donald J. Trump week.”

Frostproof, Florida city council met last night and Sabatini was on hand for the announcement at Frostproof City Hall. He also spoke in favor of the proclamation.

Sabatini tonight tweeted that he was, “Proud to play a role in supporting this common sense, bi-partisan designation honoring the best president since Calvin Coolidge.”

Frostproof City Council Member Austin Gravley expressed similar sentiments and said, “Last night I was proud to be a part of a proclamation the first of its kind making February 1-6 Donald J. Trump week in the City of Frostproof.”

The former president was heavily supported in the city, the proclamation states, having received 76.43% of the votes, helping to secure his victory in Florida.

Sabatini recently shared a picture of a handmade road sign that he said a constituent sent him. He exclaimed, “People are VERY READY for a Donald J. Trump Highway!”
