Liberal co-hosts on “The View” went after both Justice Barrett and Justice Thomas as attention is recentered on the Supreme Court following Justice Breyer’s announcement of retirement from the bench.
“Bigotry from The View. The panel accuses Justice Clarance Thomas of being a race traitor and Justice Coney Barrett of being a traitor to women.”
This bigotry showed up earlier in the segment when Sara Haines noted: “There’s only been two black men” in the history of the court.

And Sunny Hostin responded by saying: “And one doesn’t really represent the black community.” pic.twitter.com/k6WMD6sEvV
One co-host, Joy Behar, said, “You could make the case that somebody like Amy Coney Barrett was put in there because she’s a white woman who they say ‘well she’ll go against abortion rights and she’s a woman’ so that was deliberate I think.”
She continued. “Clarence Thomas, a black guy, a black man, a justice ok. I will give it to him he is a smart guy but he is to the right of Attila the Hun this guy and they put him in there thinking oh a black man will go against voting rights which is what he does.”
Another co-host hinted that Clarence Thomas didn’t “really represent the black community” implicating him as a “race traitor”. Behar continued to go after the institution of the Supreme Court itself noting how some justices can influence the court for decades.
While Democrats paint Republicans like racists, they seem to have no problem going after a woman and a black man for ideological differences. Democrats still seem to be mad that Republicans got Amy Coney Barrett through just weeks before the election.
