Greta Thunberg Categorizes Biden as No ‘Leader’ When it Comes to His Administration’s Climate Policy

In a scathing interview with the Washington Post, climate activist Greta Thunberg was critical of Joe Biden and his administration’s climate policy.

Thunberg categorized Biden as no “leader” when it comes to taking steps to solve the so-called “climate crisis.”

The Post asked Thunberg if she is inspired by any world leaders, and specifically “by President Biden.

Thunberg replied, “If you call him a leader I mean, it’s strange that people think of Joe Biden as a leader for the climate when you see what his administration is doing.”

The “U.S. is actually expanding fossil fuel infrastructure,” the Swedish teen Thunberg insisted.

Thunberg then pumped herself up by suggesting, “It should not fall on us activists and teenagers who just want to go to school to raise this awareness and to inform people that we are actually facing an emergency.”

In a tweet, Thunberg quoted part of the article that she clearly felt was most important where she said, “We don’t prioritize the climate today. Our goal isn’t to lower emissions. Our goal is to find solutions that allow us to continue life today. Of course you can ask ‘Can’t we have both?’ But the uncomfortable truth is that we’ve left it too late for that.”

Thunberg has been tweeting out about a School “Climate strike” that she has continued to lead, now apparently in its 175th week, as well as various articles that suggest radical steps be taken to prevent a so-called climate disaster.

This is not the first time that Thunberg has been critical of Biden, as she has been vocal about her lack of faith in his ability to address her concerns.

In October 2020, Thunberg begrudgingly endorsed Biden in a tweet where she declared, “From a climate perspective it’s very far from enough and many of you of course supported other candidates. But, I mean…you know…damn! Just get organized and get everyone to vote Biden.”
