Failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton ruled out another run for president in 2024, as speculation grows over a possible 2016 rematch between her and former President Donald Trump.
“The former secretary of state laughed off a question about whether the 2016 Democratic nominee was ‘open to running for president again’ in 2024.”

“No, no, no,” @HillaryClinton replied.https://t.co/gCOdI2wiqd
Wednesday, Clinton was asked if she was “open to running for president again” and she laughed off the question saying, “No, no, no.” Some have wondered if Clinton would throw her hat in the ring again given the unpopularity of the Biden administration.
Clinton continued, “But I am certainly going to be active in supporting women running for office and other candidates who I think should be reelected or elected, both women and men.” In 2016 Trump was able to defeat Hillary in what many call an electoral “upset”.
“I think, you know, there’s a big debate going on, as you know so well, Mika, in our country, but in other countries as well, about the future of democracy, of economic opportunity, of climate change, of health and other important issues. So, I will stay active in all of those doings,” Hillary said.
While Clinton seemed to rule out running in 2024, she may change her mind as some Democrats will look to someone else to run in 2024. Whether that be someone like Clinton or Kamala Harris we will have to see as Democrats seem to be in trouble.
