25-year-old illegal immigrant Joel Arciniega-Saenz was arrested after he decapitated a man’s head and kicked it down the road like a soccer ball.

It was later confirmed to Breitbart that this man is in fact an illegal alien who shouldn’t have been in this country in the first place. However, he was able to sneak through, and because of that 51-year-old James Garcia is now dead.
In 2017, Arciniega-Saenz was accused of first-degree murder, and this past May he was arrested for throwing rocks at businesses, but released.

In Dona Ana County, New Mexico Arciniega-Saenz allegedly murdered James Garcia in Apodaca Park by decapitating his body. He is now being held there in a detention center.
It was later reported he was found kicking around Garcia’s decapitated head like it was a soccer ball. Now, the family and friends of James Garcia mourn his death because a person who was not supposed to be in this country in the first place gruesomely murdered him.
According to ABC 7, Investigators also disclosed Arciniega-Saenz was arrested after officers spotted him in the park with “significant blood stains” on his clothes and saw “a bloody knife stuck in the ground near where he was seated.”
Garcia isn’t the first person to have been killed by an illegal immigrant, countless lives have been taken by criminals who illegally enter this country or stay in this country. Our hearts go out to the Family of James Garcia.
