Journalist Claims “Burn Louisville” Trending is Because of Russian Bots and Not Leftists

Protests and calls for a state of emergency erupted Wednesday afternoon as a grand jury joined the Kentucky Attorney General, Daniel Cameron, in declaring that no charges would be filed against the officers involved in the killing of Breonna Taylor, at least not directly, although one charge was filed against one of the officers for shooting recklessly, and got indicted on three counts of “wanton endangerment”

New revelations showed that the warrant issued for Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend was legally acquired. The only charges filed were for endangering Taylor’s neighbors, a minor charge.

In the wake of the protests, #BurnLouisville briefly trended on twitter. Media Right News has also reported protesters storming police perimeters and preparing riot gear in advance of expected violence this evening.

Left-wing reporter, Andrew Ramos of The Ramos Project, was quick to shut down any discussion that #BurnLouisville was tied to the protest movement.

Without evidence, he declared on twitter, “Don’t fall for it – the trend BURN LOUISVILLE – is being pushed and widely shared by Russian bots.”

This has been a popular theme for Andrew, who took to Twitter in May to say the exact same thing, posting, “Officials from a number of cities are now pointing to Russia and a number of radical groups that are hijacking these #protests to the point of chaos.” He did not list which officials or where, and provided no evidence for his claim.

Since the Trump administration defeated the impeachment efforts, conspiracies like these have been popular among members of the left wing press who view the tactic as a good method to push their partisan agenda to the public.

Media Right News encourages its readers to demand evidence from members of the left-wing press who make wild claims like these without evidence.
