Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany hinted that she would like Elon Musk to run for office, after he was named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year. This started when Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren (D) went after Musk for being named Time Magazine’s Person of the Year.
“Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else.”

Musk then took a shot back at the Senator referring to her as a “Karen”. “You remind me of when I was a kid and my friend’s angry Mom would just randomly yell at everyone for no reason”
“Please don’t call the manager on me, Senator Karen”.

In an appearance on Hannity, on Thursday, McEnany said, “I think when you look at wokeism – which is a very powerful drug – this is a man who said, ‘I’m not going to be a billionaire elite. I’m not going to just say what is woke, say what is liberal, say what is expected of me. I’m going to just be me.’ And he’s doing just that.”
While Musk hasn’t gone full-blown Republican, he has gone after liberal Senators like Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT). Although he is extremely wealthy, he appears to not be a part of the D.C. swamp.
McEnany later said, “I was in the swamp. I happened to work for a non-politician President Donald J. Trump, the greatest president of our time. We need more people like Elon Musk getting in the game, and he might just be doing that.”
