Liberals Want Fani Willis to Charge Jim Jordan for Doing his Job of Investigating Apparent Corruption

In response to House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan’s (R-OH) request for information in the Georgia Case involving former President Trump, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis accused him of obstruction.

Willis wrote in part, “Your attempt to invoke congressional authority to intrude upon and interfere with an active criminal case in Georgia is flagrantly at odds with the Constitution. The defendants in this case have been charged under state law with committing state crimes. There is absolutely no support for Congress purporting to second guess or somehow supervise an ongoing Georgia criminal investigation and prosecution.”

The letter has Democrats foaming at the mouth. MSNBC legal analyst Glenn Kirschner suggested that Willis bring the obstruction evidence against Jordan in front of a Georgia grand jury to see if he could be charged criminally.

Kirschner shared:

“DA Fani Willis has announced that Jim Jordan is “interfering in” & “obstructing” the Georgia RICO prosecution of Donald Trump. Accordingly, evidence of Jordan’s obstruction should be presented to a GA grand jury to assess if there’s probable cause to criminally charge Jordan.”

Outgoing and censured U.S. House Rep Adam Schiff (D-CA), who is never shy about sharing when the topic involves Donald Trump in any way posted:

“Jim Jordan’s efforts to use the House Judiciary Committee to interfere with the prosecutions of Trump in NY, GA, and by DOJ, are as abusive of the congressional process as they are destructive of the justice system. They are another prime example of the GOP’s endless and bottomless obedience to their corrupt leader.”

Willis it seems has hand-selected whom to charge in relation to the Georgia election case. On Friday, the Fulton County special grand jury report was released. The report showed that Senator Linsey Graham as well as former Senators Davide Perdue and Kelly Loeffler were also recommended for charges however they were spared by Willis.

She has claimed that she was only following the recommendations of the grand jury and yet didn’t charge all those who were recommended for charges.

Simon Ateba shared:

“BREAKING – YOUR REACTION: The Fulton County special grand jury recommended charging Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, along with former GOP Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler of Georgia. The recommendation is seen in a grand jury report released on Friday by the special counsel. However, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not charge Graham or Perdue when she recently indicted former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants in an alleged racketeering case. The decision on whether to follow the special grand jury’s recommendations ultimately lies with the district attorney.”

It seems Willis’s nasty letter to Jordan may only be a way to assert herself and attempt to dissuade Congress from investigating her case against former President Trump.

  1. I seems that anyone that contacts her department will be possibly charged with obstruction as may take time away from the prosecution of Trump. So don’t phone her office as that would bother her. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  2. I would like for you to listen and to tell you liberals democrats that it election interference and she should be charged for election interference and treason because we our a country of the USA republic
