Despite his radical extreme left-wing rhetoric and constant ongoing fibs, U.S. House Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has big plans.
Although he recently lost his House Intelligence Committee Chairman position, he is not catching his breath or slowing down. It’s reported that Schiff plans a major move from the House over to the U.S. Senate. It appears Schiff will be vying for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein’s seat.
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will throw her weight behind Schiff should Feinstein retire. Schiff will need all the help he can get, but it’ll also be interesting to see who else runs. It will be hard for a Republican to win statewide in California, however, perhaps a more moderate will come to the surface.
Many swing voters appear weary with leftist politics lately as has been seen in the state of Virginia. But it’s been shown that for swing voters to change their vote they need a moderate from the party they normally don’t vote for. From CBS News in part:
“If Senator Feinstein decides to seek re-election, she has my whole-hearted support,” Pelosi said in a statement. “If she decides not to run, I will be supporting House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff, who knows well the nexus between a strong democracy and a strong economy.“
Despite an apparently scripted apology of sorts (more like an explanation) for being “less clear” than he should have about a Whistleblower during former President Donald Trump’s administration, Schiff continues in our view what seems to be mischaracterization of divisive political debates as we reported yesterday:
We will stay tuned to see how things go with this ongoing situation.
