New York City Has ‘No Room’ for More ‘Migrants’ According to Mayor Eric Adams in Radical Narrative Shift

New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) annouced Sunday “there is no room in New York” for the bus loads of migrants being dropped off in the city.

Adams took a trip to the southern border this past Weekend, visiting El Paso Texas. At the conclusion of his visit he gave a speech, demanding the federal government pay for the migrant crisis that is affecting New York City, as well as the rest of the country.

Adams shared pictures as well as a short video from his trip to El Paso.

“On the ground in El Paso last night. This is a national crisis and we need a national solution. Mayors like @OscarLeeser and I are on the front lines and we need federal support.”

Adams started with, “Our cities are being undermined. And we don’t deserve this. Migrants don’t deserve this. And the people who live in the cities don’t deserve this. We expect more from our national leaders to address this issue in a real way.”

“New York cannot take more. We can’t.” Adams added, “No city deserves what is happening.”

He later said, “We need a real leadership moment from FEMA. This is a national crisis.”

Below is part of his speech from El Paso.

“NYC Mayor Eric Adams on the border crisis and migrants coming to sanctuary cities: ‘Our cities are being undermined. We don’t deserve this. Migrants don’t deserve this and the people who live in the cities don’t deserve this…There is no more room in New York.'”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) started sending buses of migrants to cities across the country. As migrants continue to flood the sothern border the buses are continuing to be sent to cities like New York City and Chicago, cities that have labeled themselves as sactuaries for the migrants.

It seems that New York City has reached its limit and no longer wants to take on any more of the migrants that have flooded into the country.

Since Joe Biden took office the border enforcement seems to have dropped signaling to those around the world that the United States southern border is open for all.
