Pennsylvania Secretary of State Finally Agrees to Remove Dead Residents off Voter Rolls Following Lawsuit

According to Public Interest Legal (PILF), an American conservative legal group based in Indiana, Josh Shapiro, the current Pennsylvania Secretary of State and a prominent proponent that no election fraud occurred in the 2020 election, has made a settlement with Public Interest Legal.

“We just reached a ground breaking settlement with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. They have agreed to remove over 20,000 dead registrants from the voter rolls. This is a HUGE win for election integrity. It just got a lot harder to vote from beyond the grave in PA!”

According to the PILF, more than 20,000 dead people were on the voter rolls in the state of Pennsylvania though this hasn’t been confirmed yet. The PILF also argued that dead people “voted” in the 2016 election and the 2018 election which most Democrats would say didn’t happen.

The Democrats in Pennsylvania decided to settle with the PILF instead of fighting with them, which could draw more questions from those concerned with voter integrity in the state as to why they had to settle with a group that according to them was making false claims.

In a statement, the Public Interest Legal said, “Prior to the initiation of the lawsuit, the Foundation provided the Commonwealth with the names of at least 21,000 deceased registrants who remained on the voter rolls less than a month before the pivotal 2020 election.”

They went on, “PILF’s data revealed that 9,212 of these deceased registrants had been dead for at least five years, 1,990 had been dead for at least ten years, and 197 had been dead for at least twenty years.  In addition, hundreds of these registrants showed post-death voting credits for the 2016 and/or 2018 elections.”

Democrats seemed to be scared as they apparently don’t want anyone looking into possible voter irregulates in the Commonwealth. This will only draw more distrust in the 2020 presidential election, especially in the Democratic run state of Pennsylvania.
