The Hill reported on this saying, “In viral video of the Sunday incident shared by local reporters, driver Subhakar Khadka, 32, requests one of the female passengers wear a mask and drives to a gas station so that she could purchase one.
One of the women then rips off her mask and yells “f— masks” at Khadka and is seen coughing on him.”
The SFPD reported that the woman also reached towards the driver’s face and snatched it off him.
The SFPD tweeted out, “The victim grabbed and eventually regained possession of his phone. The suspects exited the car and the third passenger reached into an open window and sprayed what is believed to be pepper spray into the vehicle and towards the driver. The suspects fled the scene.”

The rider has now been banned from using Uber or Lyft following this altercation. It seems masks are becoming a more and more polarizing issue in this country as restriction fatigue is becoming a factor.
A commentator from YouTube reviews the now-viral video. He highlights the disrespect all three women show the driver who was only requesting they follow the mask policy.
