Senator Cruz claimed that Joe Biden has used the U.S. military to intimidate political opponents like Fox News show host Tucker Carlson and those who criticize his policy decisions by using the U.S. military for his campaign upon taking office.
Cruz said he wants to make sure the U.S. military isn’t “similarly mobilized against the speech of American citizens or in the service of left-wing political causes.”
In his statement, Cruz also said, “Instead of allowing the debate to run its course in public among American citizens and their elected leaders, military officials over the last week have repeatedly launched attacks on Carlson.”
The tweet which seems to have been deleted from II MEF Information Group, The Official U.S. Marine Corps Twitter for the II MEF Information Group states, “what it looks like in today’s armed force @TuckerCarlson Get right before you get left, boomer #Women #WeAreMarines #TuckerCarlson #FoxNews #marines #currentlyserving #USMCWomen”.
Many senior members of the military also jumped in U.S. Space Command, Command Senior Enlisted made a video and shared it on Twitter to announce his displeasure with what Mr. Carlson had said.

Many Congressional Republicans and GOP Governors have used their power/platforms to resist the agenda and actions that Biden has taken. Now, Senator Ted Cruz wants to put a stop to what he believes is Joe Biden using the military to intimidate political opposition.
We will have to see if the USMC commandment agrees to meet with him.
