Soros Backed L.A. DA George Gascon Suspends Prosecutor for Misgendering Transgender Child Molester

Hannah Tubbs, formerly known as James Tubbs, is at the center of the suspension of Los Angeles Prosecutor Shea Sanna. District Attorney of Los Angeles, George Gascon Suspended Sanna for misgendering and “deadnaming” Tubbs, who is a convicted child molester.

Tubbs is now accused of beating a man to death in the woods in Kern County.

Sanna called out Gascon on Twitter for the suspension adding, the district attorney’s office is “being played”.

“I was suspended for speaking out against the Gascón Administration. Misgendering Tubbs while informing them that they were being played is just their excuse for the suspension.”

Tubbs was arrested for assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom stall back in 2014. After the arrest, Tubbs began to identify as a female.

Sanna raised concerns that it was possibly a ruse. Tubbs was placed in a juvenile facility as he was under the age of 18 at the time the crime occurred.

Tubbs instructed her father, “when you come to court, make sure you address me as her,” in a jailhouse phone call. In another call, Tubbs laughs with her father about her new name “Hannah”.

Sanna told Fox News Digital, “So it wasn’t when I first ‘misgendered’ Tubbs She did it in retaliation. Part of it, the reason why I suspended, is because I called out Tubbs to the administration and said I have recordings of him making up the name, gaming the system, joking about it, and the date that it was made up. And I had reports where he’s referring to himself as a ‘grown ass man.’”

This all happened while Tubbs was being held in the juvenile facility even though he was 26 at the time, because of Gascon’s policies.

Sanna also told FND, “It wasn’t like I was going around being transphobic or malicious — I brought it to their attention that they have a convicted child rapist trying to get himself into a juvenile facility as a woman, and he rapes little girls. Does anybody see a problem with that?”

Tubbs’ victim talked with Fox News. She shared that the light sentence Tubbs received denied her any sense of justice.

She also disputed Tubbs’ alleged gender identity, “I’ve also heard that my attacker goes by she/them pronouns now. I see it also unfair to try him as a woman as well, seeing how he clearly didn’t act like one on January 1st of 2014.”

Tubbs was also accused of sexually molesting a four-year-old girl at a Califonia library in August of 2013 while the girl’s mother was browsing books a “few aisles over.”

Tubbs has pleaded not guilty to the charges she faces from Kern County.
