Earlier this month, a 16-year-old cashier, Niesha Harris-Brazell, was shot and killed in an attempted robbery in a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Burger King Drive-thru. New information has come out revealing she may have been involved in the planning of the robbery.
On January 2, after the restaurant had closed, a man identified as Antoine Edwards, knocked on the drive thru-window, and after about 40 seconds the man came halfway through the window. He pointed a gun at the cashier pointing for her to grab the cash as she tried to alert the other employees.
A male employee, Derrick Ellis, shot at the man attempting to rob the Burger King. However, Harris-Brazell was in the line of fire and was hit instead. Edwards retreated into his car and drove off, Ellis also fled the scene, as he was not supposed to have a firearm because he is a felon.
According to a criminal complaint, Edwards planned the robbery with the cashier who is his daughter’s best friend. In the complaint, he insists that his daughter, who also works at Burger King, was not involved at all. However, in an interview with police, she admits to being in on the planning. Claiming that she, her father, and Harris-Brazell planned to rob the store after close, so that “the register was likey to have lots of money”.
She stated that Harris-Brazell was often assigned to work at the drive-thru window, and the plan was for her to hand over the money. It was, however, not planned for Edwards to enter the window. She believes her friend panicked after she grabbed the cash tray.
Edwards has been charged with one count of intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a child with death as the consequence, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, and one count of felony murder. Some may believe Edwards is possibly attempting to get out of the felony murder charge by alleging that Harris-Brazell was involved in the robbery that led to her death.
We will have to wait and see what comes of this. In Harlem, New York, another teenager was shot and killed in a Burger King robbery. Winston Glynn was arrested for the robbery and murder of 19-year-old Kristal Bayron-Nieves.
Glynn only made off with $100. When being escorted in cuffs out of the police station Glynn reportedly yelled, “America’s gonna burn!” and ranted about slavery reparations. “Where’s our reparations for four hundred years of f–king slavery!” he shouted. The crowd, angry with Glynn, was then yelled at again, “F–k you all!” Glynn proclaimed.
Protests took place outside the Harlem Burger King, as violent crime is out of control in many Democrat cities across the country.
Wisconson was more notably in the news although briefly, as the profile doesn’t fit the mainstream narrative. A black man, Darrel Brooks Jr. who was let out on unjustifiably low bail for a separate crime at the time, drove a red vehicle through a Christmas parade in Waukesha, WI. Six White people died after being driven over by Brooks.
Brooks is facing 77 charges after the incident, none of them are a hate crime. Crime seems to be running rampant as Democrats have gotten their way with bail reform, defunding police, and the early release of many from jail under the guise of Covid-19.
This year’s elections will speak volumes about what the American people will put up with. Stay tuned to Media Right News.
