White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre apparently found it amusing today when a reporter told her that the White House Counsel’s office stonewalled him on a classified document question.
The exchange, which was shared in a clip by Breaking911, showed the reporter asking Jean-Pierre, “What is the current number of (classified documents) that have been found at the president’s residences and offices?”
Jean-Pierre responded, “I would refer you to the White House Counsel’s Office” to which the reporter told her that they “just declined to comment on that.”
“Well, there you go. You got your answer,” Jean-Pierre told him while laughing, as he moved on to another question.

It’s hard to say for sure, in our opinion, whether Jean-Pierre was laughing in a condescending manner or simply because she is embarrassed that no information is being provided.
Biden’s attorney Bob Bauer said that FBI agents searched Biden’s vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware today for three-and-a-half hours but did not find additional classified documents.
In a statement, Bauer announced, “Today, with the President’s full support and cooperation, the DOJ is conducting a planned search of his home in Rehoboth, Delaware. Under DOJ’s standard procedures, in the interests of operational security and integrity, it sought to do this work without advance public notice, and we agreed to cooperate.”
“The search today is a further step in a thorough and timely DOJ process we will continue to fully support and facilitate. We will have further information at the conclusion of today’s search,” Bauer added in the statement.
