Trump Taunts Kemp Over Plummeting Approval Ratings in GA for Perceived Inaction on Alleged Voter Fraud

Trump calls out Governor Kemp on Twitter once again “Governor Kemp (@BrianKempGA) is down 18 points in a recent poll. Don’t believe it, must be more!”

Trump has been lambasting Governor Kemp on Twitter. These attacks come over what many perceive as Kemp’s inaction on the alleged voter fraud. President Trump has requested that that signatures on mail in ballets be verified. This is not something Kemp has called over sighting recounts have taken place.

Trump was recently in Georgia to campaign for Senators Loeffler and Perdue who face a runoff election set for January 5th. When the senators took the stage at one point the crowd started to chant ‘Fight for Trump’. We previously reported

While Senator David Perdue (R-GA) was speaking at the Trump rally a chant began and made it hard for the Senator to speak. The crowd began to chant “fight for Trump!” when the Senator was trying to speak. You can see what many see as the highlight of the night below.

Some on the Right have been critical of the two Senators for their lack of fighting for the President in the state of Georgia and Conservative figure Lin Wood has called for GA Republicans to boycott the Senate races if they don’t defend the President.

Perdue vowed to fight for the President to make sure he gets a “fair and square deal” in his words. However, actions do speak louder than words and there hasn’t been much action from Perdue or Loeffler. If they do start to fight for Trump they may have an easy win come January but they must act or risk some GOP voters sitting out.

Hopefully, for the president’s sake, the Senators take his stand if he wants any chance of overturning the election results. Some are now coming behind the Senators after the president has shown support for the candidates.”

This is only Kemp’s first term as Governor and it could possibly be his last. We will see if Kemp runs for reelection in 2022, if he does will he have the support needed to stay Governor of Georgia?
