TSA Confirms That Illegal Immigrants Can Use Arrest Warrants as ID at Airport Security Checkpoints, MTG Vows to Make Dems ‘Pay in Congress’ if Republicans Regain Majority

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin today tweeted that TSA has confirmed to Fox News that illegal immigrants can use their arrest warrants as ID at airport security checkpoints.

They receive additional screening, and their DHS documents are validated by cross-checking CBP databases, according to Melugin.

Previously, the Daily Caller had reported that while responding to U.S. House Rep Lance Gooden’s (R-TX) Dec. 15 inquiry about illegal migrants flying across the country, TSA Administrator David Pekoske explained that certain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents may be considered acceptable forms of alternate identification for non-citizens, including a “Warrant for Arrest of Alien” and a “Warrant of Removal/Deportation.”

Gooden said about the response, “TSA’s response confirms the Biden Administration is knowingly putting our national security at risk.”

“Unknown and unvetted immigrants shouldn’t even be in the country, much less flying without proper identification,” Gooden insisted

U.S. House Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) condemned the report on Telegram by comparing it to the fact that there are “J6 defendants who are American citizens” and are “rotting in jail with no due process.”

“The Democrats must pay for this at the polls this year. Then we will make them pay in Congress,” Greene vowed.

In a response to Melugin’s tweet, user Raymond Weisse asked, “If there’s a warrant out for your arrest, why aren’t they being arrested when they present this as ID?”

Former GOP Congressional candidate Kim Klacik lamented the report and declared, “This is f*cking ridiculous.”

The letter to Gooden noted, at least, that individuals who use the alternate forms of identification undergo extra screening..
