We reported last week that Vice President Mike Pence was standing firm behind President Trump and ensuring that every legal vote is counted before declaring a winner of the 2020 election.
Pence echoed those words again in a tweet today as he shared a Forbes article, “I promise you: We will keep fighting until every legal vote is counted, until every illegal vote is thrown out, and we will never stop fighting to make America great again.”

The article that Pence shared began by acknowledging that yesterday, the Vice President gave yet another signal that the Trump administration has no plans to concede any ground to Joe Biden’s claims to the presidency.
According to a transcript put out by the White House of a speech to the Council for National Policy, a conservative think tank, Pence was met with chants of “Four more years! Four more years! Four more years!”
Forbes reported that Pence responded, “That’s the plan,” and later stated in his remarks what he shared in the tweet.
The article goes on to say that Pence asserted “we await the results of our election.”
Pence spoke yesterday in the Rose Garden at the White House with President Trump about regarding the progress that is being made on defeating the Coronavirus.
“We’ll continue to move Heaven and Earth to make sure your family has access to the same level of health care we would want any one of our family members to have,” Pence said in one clip that he retweeted from the Trump campaign.
