After matching, they talked for a couple of hours and decided to see a movie together. They then headed back to her dorm, where she thought he would just drop her off, he invited himself up. They then decided to watch a movie in her dorm. She shared that Kohberger tickled her and rubbed her shoulders as they watched, something she wasn’t comfortable with.

At that point she told him she needed to go to the bathroom, Kohberger followed her into the co-ed bathroom and that is when she decided to fake getting sick. She shared he then left and sent her a message on Tinder letting her know he was leaving.

After this, he later messaged her that she had “good birthing hips.” She never replied to the message and that was the end of their interactions.

The male walked past as she stood in a ‘frozen shock phase’,” according to the affidavit. She also mentioning thinking she heard crying and opened her bedroom door.”

The roommate gave a description of the masked person that matched Kohberger.
