Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) has slammed Republicans for filing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court regarding the Texas lawsuit. As we previously reported, 106 House Republicans filed an amicus brief to the Supreme Court to show their support for the president and to help him.
AOC slammed them on Twitter saying, “106 House Republicans are spending critical time when people are starving and small businesses are shuttering trying to overturn the results of our election, but please tell us more about how “both sides are just as bad”.

Some have argued the Democrats have been the ones holding up relief as they control the House and have done nothing but talk about a COVID-19 relief bill. They spent last Friday voting to decriminalize marijuana as small business crumble.
Some believe that Democrats are crushing their constituents by keeping them closed down as many Democratic states are heading into another round of lockdowns as cases spike across the country. States like Florida and Texas have refused to restrict business or shut them down and the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk has announced he is leaving California and going to Texas following the COVID-19 restrictions in California.
Many Republicans believe the best small business and worker relief is to allow them to work to make money instead of shutting them down and increasing the debt. The Democrat approach is to pay people to stay home and not let them work while small business owners see everything they worked for crumble.
Some could say AOC and Democrats are getting nervous regarding the Texas lawsuit which is causing them to lash out at the Republicans.
