Jarome Bell Asks Governor Abbott if He Was Involved After Allen West Claims Wife Was Sober when Arrested for DUI

America First Congressional candidate Jarome Bell asked Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) if he had anything to do with Allen West’s wife being arrested for a DUI.

“Did your Admin or campaign thugs have ANYTHING to do with this? Ms. West was Stone. Cold. SOBER, and looks it, to me. You’d do well to clean your own house, and FAST.”

Allen West was the former Texas GOP chairman and is a staunch Trump supporter who is running to be Texas’ next Governor. Although Abbott is endorsed by Trump, many Trump supporters don’t like Abbott because he is a “RINO” in their view.

West believes that his wife was arrested for political purposes as West is trying to unseat Governor Abbott. This comes as Abbott has allowed a border crisis to continue in Texas as hundreds of thousands of unchecked migrants pour in.

In the video, West claims that his wife was sober saying she had, “water and lemonade” to drink for dinner. He went on to demand an answer for this arrest as her breathalyzer test came up negative.

West said, “The thing that upsets me the most is that they [Dallas police] took my wife, arrested her, brought her to jail and left my grandson with two Dallas police officers. Luckily, they were able to get in contact with our youngest daughter, Austin, who was able to go and pick up Jackson [West’s grandson] from two police officers on the side of the road… I support the thin blue line but this is insidious.”

Although there is no proof Abbott was behind this he would certainly have a motive to do so. Either way, it appears that West’s wife was potentially wrongfully arrested although we can’t say for sure.
