Jen Psaki: You Shouldn’t be Banned from One Platform and not Others

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki claimed today that if someone is banned from one social media platform, then they should be banned from all others.

“PSAKI: If you’re banned on one social media platform, you should be banned on other social media platforms.”

Following Psaki calling for even more censorship of those banned on some social media platforms, she called Facebook a public platform. She said, “these are people who are sharing information on public platforms on Facebook, information that is traveling is inaccurate.”

Psaki concluded by saying that people are dying around the country because they are receiving information that is leading them to no take the Covid-19 vaccine. She did not, however, provide any evidence of this being the case.

“Psaki says people sharing information on Facebook publicly is no different than news stations and newspapers. Oops.”

We previously reported, “Joe Biden’s Press Secretary Jen Psaki signaled Thursday that the Biden Administration wants to be able to dictate how big tech company of Facebook implements rule violation penalties for misinformation, as the administration doesn’t believe Facebook is moving quickly enough to remove the content.

saki claimed, “There’s about 12 people who are producing 65% of anti-vaccine misinformation on social media platforms.” Some may wonder how she has access to who the 12 people are that are producing that amount of misinformation, in their eyes on the vaccine.

She offered a solution to the “problem” saying, “Facebook needs to move more quickly to remove harmful, uh, violative posts.” Many free speech advocates on the right would question the constitutionality of the government calling on Facebook to remove speech from the opposing side even if it is viewed as “harmful” from the left.”

This past rhetoric coming from the White House is showing themselves to be against free speech in our opinion, by calling for even more censorship than there already is. Most would agree, there is too much censorship happening, not too little.
