Jesse Watters Joins Fox News Primetime, Named Permanent Host for 7:00 P.M. Slot

Fox News host of “Watter’s World” and co-host of “The Five”, Jesse Watters, just received a big promotion after being named the permanent host for the weekday 7:00 P.M. slot for Fox News.

“JESSE WATTERS NAMED PERMANENT HOST OF FOX NEWS CHANNEL’S 7 PM HOUR”

CEO of Fox News Media, Suzanne Scott, said, “Jesse’s versatility and hosting acumen has grown exponentially over the last five years, and he has developed a deep connection to the audience through two hit shows The Five and Watters’ World. We look forward to watching him expand his connection even further through this new solo weeknight hour.”

“NEW: Jesse Watters has been named host of Fox News’ 7 p.m. hour, per announcement from Suzanne Scott, CEO of FOX News Media. — Show will be called “Jesse Watters Primetime” — Will launch on January 24th — Watters will remain a co-host of The Five, per statement”

This has triggered some liberals on Twitter but, this isn’t the first time Watter’s has done so, as we previously reported, “Watters said he was sick of conservatives playing defense. He called on those in the audience to get out there and ambush Dr. Fauci with hard questions. Watters calls the question about Fauci’s funding of gain of function research the ‘kill shot’.

This morning on CNN’s New Day, John Berman refused to play the speech made by Watters calling it dangerous. He then asked Fauci to make comments on Watters’s speech with only the description that Watters told the crowd to ‘ambush’ Dr. Fauci with a “kill shot” so he “doesn’t see it coming”.

Fauci replied, ‘The guy should be fired on the spot’. Fauci then went on to explain the only thing has done for the last two years is encourage people to do the right thing concerning their health.

Now Fox News will have Jesse Watters in the 7:00 P.M. slot, Tucker Carlson in the 8:00 P.M. slot, and Sean Hannity in the 9:00 P.M. slot, with all of them being conservative. “Jesse Watters Primetime” is set to launch Monday, January 24th as we will have to wait to see how his show fairs with ratings.
