Less Than a Week Before Her Primary, Liz Cheney Goes to Bat For FBI Agents Involved With Mar-a-Lago Raid

In a tweet today, U.S. Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) went to bat for the FBI agents involved with the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Cheney declared in the tweet, “I have been ashamed to hear members of my party attacking the integrity of the FBI agents involved with the recent Mar-a-Lago search.”

“These are sickening comments that put the lives of patriotic public servants at risk,” Cheney insisted as well.

One Twitter user told Cheney in response, “You’re trailing by 29 points in your House primary which is only 5 days away.”

“And in your final pitch to Republican voters in Wyoming, you decide to come to the defense of the FBI?” he inquired.

He then encouraged Cheney, “Enjoy early retirement, Liz. I can say with no hesitation that you’ve earned it.”

Mike Cernovich asked Cheney in a reply, “Why did the FBI order Trump’s staff to turn off security footage?”

America First supporter David Giglio piled on after Cernovich, “I’ve seen and heard enough. Any elected Republican who is unwilling to (sign a) pledge to immediately move toward impeaching Merrick Garland if the GOP takes control of Congress is a fraud and does not deserve your support, money, or vote.”

As we previously reported, On her Fox News show “Outnumbered” yesterday, Kayleigh McEnany described the “details” of the raid and how the Trump attorneys were told to turn off cameras, “which they did not do, good move.”

In a clip that McEnany shared on various social media platforms, she explained, “The details… get worse and worse.”
