A ”weather’ balloon has been floating over the nation for a couple days now. China says it is a weather balloon blown off course. The U.S. appears to believe it’s a “spy” balloon.
Reports say the U.S. may have seen this coming for some time and did not disclose it to the public. There has been much outrage and calls for an investigation of the government’s handling of the situation given the potential national security implications.
Reports are out that the nation may take it down over the Atlantic, but we won’t know until it happens for sure.
