Former President Donald Trump made a few hints at running for president in 2024 in an appearance Tuesday on The Candace Owens Show which is hosted by Candace Owens, who is a Black woman and conservative activist.

Candace asked if the former president would run again in 2024 and jokingly asked if she could be his running-mate as she has suggested in the past she is thinking about running for president.
When Trump was asked if he would run in 2024 he responded saying, “The answer is I’m absolutely enthused. I look forward to doing an announcement at the right time.”
He went on, “As you know, it’s very early. But I think people are going to be very, very happy when I make a certain announcement,”. Many could hear this and rightfully conclude he is definitely going to run in 2024 as he mentions how people will be “very very happy” with the decision.
“You know for campaign finance reasons, you really can’t do it too early because it becomes a whole different thing, Otherwise I think I’d give you an answer that you’d be very happy with. So we’re looking at that very, very seriously. All I’d say is: stay tuned.”
If anyone had previous doubts of Donald Trump running in 2024, this could clear them away. It seems like Trump may be saying he is just waiting for the right time to announce his bid.
Candance Owens joked at the end, “I guess I’ll take you at your word, that in 2024 Trump and Owens are going to be on the ticket,”.
A Trump-Owens ticket or a Trump-DeSantis ticket would be many Republican’s dreams come true as the two are very popular and are loyal to Trump. Pence seems like he may run in 2024 though many in the GOP see him as a traitor to the party and Trump.
We will have to see if/when Donald Trump makes this announcement that will make us, “very very happy”.
