Police Officer Corporal Keith Heacook was declared clinically deceased Wednesday after he was attacked early this last Sunday by Randon Wilkerson. According to a tweet from The Citizen Reporter, “Wilkerson is accused of brutally beating Corporal Heacook, repeatedly kicking him in the head while he was unconscious.”
Heacook was responding to 911 calls. According to Fox News, “A 911 caller reported Wilkerson, a resident of the subdivision, was fighting with other residents and destroying items inside a home. A separate 911 call came moments later from the man across the street who reported that he and his wife had been assaulted.”
Wilkerson will now face charges of murder, assault, burglary, possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony, and terroristic threatening.
Officer Heacook will be left on life-support until his organs can be harvested according to the tweet from The Citizen Reporter.
Heacook was responding to a disturbance call involving Wilkerson at a residence. An elderly couple across the street from the residence also called 911 to report being assaulted & injured by Wilkerson. Heacook will be on life-support until his organs are harvested. This is horribly tragic event that has occurred and yes it seems that the mainstream has done some reporting on the events, but the outrage is not there. We will never know if the events of late led the officer to make different decisions that might have cost him his life, or if certain politicians’ words embolden the criminal to murder the police officer.
