Arizona AG Finally ‘Joins the Party’, Files Amicus Brief in Support of Texas SCOTUS Suit

Mark Brnovich, the Attorney General of Arizona is joining with 17 other states who are backing Texas’ big lawsuit against four key swing states. The lawsuit has been docketed with the Supreme Court of the United States and the states are supposed to respond by tomorrow, December 10, 2020, at 3 PM.

Mark Brnovich tweeted out the details captioning it:

“Our Office has received many inquiries about the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit filed at the U.S. Supreme Court and whether Arizona will participate. Here is my statement and our legal filing: http://azag.info/txbrief

Previously we reported about the Tennessee Attorney General joining in, with a full list of all the states included inside. It looks like Arizona is now joining the list. The Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden is being pushed by the Lieutenant Governor, Janice McGeachin to join in. We are monitoring that situation.

State Senator-Elect Wendy Rogers, also in Arizona has been very vocal on this topic and is fully supporting the president. Recently she tweeted out a Gateway Pundit update about the other 17 states asking where Arizona is on the fight. It looks like she now has an answer.

President Trump just recently tweeted (although ‘disputed’ by Twitter):

“Wow! At least 17 States have joined Texas in the extraordinary case against the greatest Election Fraud in the history of the United States. Thank you!”

Stay tuned as we will do our best to continue to bring updates on this very fluid situation.

UPDATE: Wendy Rogers just tweeted:

“Arizona has joined the #TexasLawsuit! Glad to hear it. Now make sure we come down hard on voter fraud and no shenanigans! @realDonaldTrump #MAGA #StopTheSteal #OVERTURN
