A large group of police officers got together to purchase a basketball goal, basketballs and helped set up the hoop for the children.

A video posted by Chicago Police Superintendent David O. Brown shows the children beaming with excitement as the officers began setting up the goal and started playing basketball with the young boys. One boy yelled, “thank you!” and another was seen jumping with excitement, high-fiving an officer.
