Harris Faulkner Implies that Maxine Waters May Have Thrown Monkey Wrench in the Prosecution’s Case in George Floyd Trial According to Judge

The jury in the Derek Chauvin Trial has been sequestered and is now deliberating their decision. Fox News Anchor Harris Faulkner tweeted, “Woah. #BREAKING Judge in #DerekChauvinTrial just told the Defense Attorney: “I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in this whole trial being overturned.” #MaxineWaters“.

The judge denied the defense’s request for a mistrial. However, now he has taken the time to slam Maxine Waters for her comments, which some have seen as inciting violence. The judge called them abhorrent and disrespectful to the rule of law and the judicial branch and our function.

So it appears that if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict Waters has handed the defense grounds for an appeal. Below is a video of Maxine Waters telling protestors/rioters to get more active and more confrontational.

The defense attorney took over two hours to give his closing remarks at one point during his closing remarks the judge dismissed for lunch. After lunch, they came back and the defense closed their final remarks and the prosecution made their rebuttal. The Jury was then sequestered and now at this point, we wait for a decision.

It appears the Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has requested additional law enforcement help from Ohio and Nebraska in anticipation of the verdict. The Governor of Illinois has activated the National Guard at the request of Mayor Lori Lightfoot, as they’re also anticipating protests that may turn into riots. The press release states the National Guard will be managing street closures and managing “First Amendment Rights”.

Stay tuned to Media Right News and we wait for the jury’s decision.
