Liberal Activist Judge Caves to Common Sense, Reverses Decision to Keep Unvaccinated Mother Away from Son

A liberal activist judge caved to what many see as a “common sense” decision and will be allowing an unvaccinated mother to see her son and have shared custody.

“Victory! When enough of us stand up, they stand down! Judge in Chicago reverses his decision and will allow unvaccinated mom to see her son.”

As we previously reported, “According to Illinois mother Rebecca Firlit, she has lost her parental rights over her child due to her being unvaccinated.

She claimed in an interview with Fox 32 News that a Cook County judge revoked her parental rights of her son. She said, “I miss my son more than anything. It’s been very difficult. I haven’t seen him since August 10th.”

Like Rebecca Firlit, many parents and others have been persecuted due to their refusal to get the Covid-19 vaccine. If Rebecca Firlit is telling the truth then some may say it is time for that judge to be fired as most would agree that vaccination status shouldn’t determine one’s parental rights over their child.

Rebecca Flirt will now be able to see her son once again as her attorney Annette Fernholz said, “Judge Shapiro just issued an order vacating portions of his prior order of August 11th so Rebecca Firlit can see her son again. I think there’s been a lot of media outcry. The divorce bar here in Illinois has been responding when they saw it on the news.”

Flirt was grateful for the reversal saying, “I was surprised but my reaction is I’m grateful. It definitely was not a reason to take my child from me. I’m not an endangerment to him. Nothing was filed about that. Nothing that we were in the hearing for had anything to do with it.”

At least some justice was made however this may not be the end of this as there seems there could be more and more repercussions for those who remain unvaccinated. If there wasn’t enough coverage of this story, Rebecca may not have had custody ever again.
