Biden’s DOJ Requests Judge Stop Lawsuit Against Trump and Barr After Lafayette Square in Washington D.C. Clearing That Infuriated Leftists

Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has requested to a judge on Friday that they dismiss a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) against former President Donald Trump and former Attorney General Bill Barr.

You can see liberals upset on Twitter because of their request.

“Why would Biden’s DOJ want this dismissed? Or to have things hidden from us from the Trump era?”

The left-wing ACLU said, “The conduct here was so flagrantly unlawful and so obviously unconstitutional that it requires a remedy, and we are here today, your honor, to see that nothing like this ever happens again in our country.” However, it seems that the Biden Administration may not want to bring back to memory the summer of riots.

During the summer of 2020, massive riots broke out across the country for Black Lives Matter and Antifa who violently attacked people and burned buildings. Trump called for law and order though he didn’t do much himself to bring law and order to these cities.

He did however clear out Layafette Square in the summer of Antifa and BLM to take a photo op of him holding a bible. This outraged liberals as they saw it as excessive force and as a dictator would.

Some claimed he used tear gas on citizens to move them out after they were peacefully protesting though many would suggest these weren’t peaceful protests. Now, the Biden Administration seems to be wanting to move on from this.
