Republicans are furious that Joe Biden did not stop the Chinese “spy” balloon sooner. Many want an investigation. There’s no telling how much data this balloon was able to garner whilst floating across the entire United States unabated.
Joe Biden has been relatively quiet with the exception of saying we’re “going to take care of it” shortly before the balloon was indeed shot down over the Atlantic off the Carolina Coast.
Even some Democrats were disappointed with Biden’s handling of the situation. Biden recently said he wanted it taken down earlier but the military overruled him.
“Biden says he ordered Xi’s Spy Balloon to be shot down on Wednesday but was overruled by military until the surveillance aircraft was over water”
We will stay tuned to see if more reactions develop as well as continue to monitor the investigation of the shot down balloon. Some are saying China is embarrassed while others says we have been embarrassed by what China was able to have potentially gotten away with.
Republicans have planned to investigate Biden’s response due to lackluster communication with the American people and more.
